Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return and refund, please kindly pay attention to the following conditions:
- The deadline for applying returns and refunds is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
- In order to exercise Your right of return and refund, please inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement in which your order number and the reason for return or refund shall be provided. Please inform us of your decision by email: service@finefuncraft.com
- Return of the Goods shall be in the original packaging. If the returned Goods or its packaging is not in acceptable condition, the refund request may be rejected.
- We are not responsible for the shipping charge of return. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for the return. Please consider carefully before placing orders.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please contact through email service@finefuncraft.com to get the latest return address.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, We will email You to notify You that We have received the item. We will also notify You of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after we approve your request.
Please also note that it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
